Shipping & Returns

 CURRENT SHIP TIMES: As of 11/10/2023, we are currently shipping within 5-7 business days. We ship Monday through Friday. Please do not inquire about order status unless it has been more than 7 business days without receiving a shipping notification.



A3 Tactical ships Domestically through both USPS and UPS. We do not ship Internationally, however, we do have stocking Distributors such as Optics Planet and Rainier Arms that will ship International orders for you.

We have the option for USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. We also offer UPS Ground, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air services. Please note that some shipping services provide minimal coverage if a package is lost but this rarely covers the cost of the order and does not cover a stolen package, nor does it provide any coverage whatsoever once the package shows that it was delivered, whether you received it or not.

ROUTE: Due to package theft, various lost shipments, etc.,  we now provide the option to insure your shipment via ROUTE. Route is very inexpensive and provides effortless claim-filing. Route reduces effort through a seamless claims filing process. Lost, damaged, or stolen items are easily resolved with a few taps, letting you get along with your day. 

We recommend that everyone take advantage of this low-cost option to make sure your packages arrive safely. A3 Tactical Inc. can work with you on lost shipments but we will not be held responsible for stolen packages or any package loss after tracking shows delivery. If this is a concern please purchase Route shipping insurance at checkout.


US Mail / UPS: 

We use US Mail and UPS delivery services. Please note that USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail services is not a guaranteed mail service. 2-3 Days is a target window but can take up to 7 days for delivery. If you need a specific delivery time that is guaranteed please choose USPS Expedited Mail, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air.  A3 Tactical Inc. is not responsible for lost packages and offers low-cost Route insurance listed above to protect your shipment. 



ALL returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. No returns will be authorized after the 30 day window.

All returns incur a $10 re-stock fee. Additionally, if the part has been installed or the product has any cosmetic blemishes preventing it from being sold as a new product, there is a $20 fee per component for that product. This covers stripping and re-anodizing the component. Damaged components that cannot be re-coated will not be refunded.
