The new Modular Telescoping Brace (MTB) for the B&T GHM adds a unique alternative to folding braces, providing multiple length adjustments while contributing very little weight penalties. The MTB features minimalist design elements to keep it ultra compact, ideal for compact firearms. When fully collapsed the brace only adds 2" to the overall length of your firearm. We have chosen 6061 aluminum for all mounting components and we profile all non-stress areas to keep weight down without compromising strength. The standard rods used for telescoping the brace are manufactired from steel and Melonite-coated for ultra wear resistance and rust prevention.  Total weight of the entire brace is only 12.9 ounces. Rods are 3/8" diameter to further minimize flex like some competitors 5/16" rods exhibit.

As with all of our Modular braces, we offer multiple options for the brace itself. Our popular Steady-brace is available in either  Polymer or aluminum, or you can use the Gearhead Works Tailhook. Braces latch in both extended and collapsed positions.

Manufactured as a Polymer/Aluminum hybrid, our rear adapter provides the OE fit of the polymer adapter with a heavy duty 1/4" thick aluminum insert that supports the stock/brace mount. 

Comes complete with new steel upper mounting dowel and ball detente take-down pin.
